For over 15 years, Jason has shaped some of our most transformative technology initiatives. In 2018, Jason took on the role as Global Chief Information Officer for the Exertis Group, leading our technology portfolio and was appointed Managing Director of Exertis Enterprise in 2021. Previous to Exertis, Jason’s leadership roles included board appointments at blue chip companies in retail, sales and communications such as Blockbuster Video, Phones 4 U and Par Microsystems (a multinational company providing technology to McDonalds, KFC and Taco Bell).

After graduating from the University of Huddersfield in 2002, Phil joined Hammer as a telemarketer, moving into an account management sales role two years later. He progressed quickly to become premier account manager then sales manager in 2008. Phil became general manager in 2018 and then sales director of the UK enterprise functions in June 2021. Away from the hustle and bustle of enterprise sales, Phil is both a devoted family man and massive Leeds United fan.

Tom started his working life as computer engineer just before the launch of Windows 95. After 4 years of working on the technical side of business, Tom decided to enter the world of sales account management with IBM focusing on server and storage solutions for the London primary area. Tom then joined Hammer PLC in the May 2005 as an account manager and quickly progressed through to senior account manager and then into a Business Development role for the Intel server business. Over the next 12 years Tom progressed into server/storage sales management through to General Manager covering the UK and Europe, and in October of 2019 was made Commercial Director at Exertis Enterprise for three key areas of the business, those being Advanced Technology Solutions, Software Defined Storage, and Datacentre. When away from Exertis Tom loves spending time with his wife and two children. He’s also a keen golfer and is more often than not left bitterly disappointed by his beloved Tottenham Hotspurs!

Helen started her career at XMA in 2016 and progressed through the ranks to become Head of Marketing in 2019. She joined Exertis in 2020 to head up our Cloud Marketing division and extended her remit to include Enterprise in January of 2021. This was followed by a further promotion in September 2021 to lead our entire Channel Marketing function. She is an avid reader, especially of business and psychology books, as well as an advocate for women in technology.

Matt graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in law in 2000 and took on a number of diverse financial roles in local government before embarking on a training contract with established accountancy practice J B Titchener & Co Ltd. Excelling through the ACCA accountancy qualifications, Matt left the firm as an audit senior in 2005. Joining Exertis Enterprise as finance manager in March of that year, Matt went on to assume responsibility for the customer service department before being appointed to the board as finance director in 2014, taking ownership of all financial and operational management across the group.

After starting his career in the manufacturing of clothing and Avionics, Paul moved into the IT reseller channel in network installation, ERP installations, end user training and PC/server builds. He then joined Hammer PLC in 2000 as their first solutions business development manager. In 2011 Paul established Malleus Ltd as Hammer’s Professional Services division and became technical director. Then following the Exertis acquisition of Hammer, Paul continued his role, focussing solely on the Exertis Enterprise part of the wider business.

Colleen is a highly collaborative and people focused HR professional with over 15 years experience in a number of sectors - health service, higher education, telecommunications, e-commerce and IT. Colleen is passionate about coaching and helping people develop. She enjoys challenging conventional thinking in the business and instigating projects that improve organisation, team and individual effectiveness. She loves to travel, explore new cultures and meet new people.

Steve began his Exertis Enterprise career in 2001 as an account manager, after graduating from the University of Salford with a BA in Sports and Business Management. He has since held positions such as sales manager for volume, storage products, new business, Dell, and storage solutions. Benefitting from managerial experience of a plethora of teams and members of staff, Steve is now responsible for Exertis Enterprise's regional offices which are in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and the Nordics.

Nick has been with the company since 2004 and has held various BDM and commercial roles within Hammer prior to becoming Commercial Director for Enterprise Components and Networking at Exertis Enterprise in 2020. With over 20 years’ experience of working in the channel starting at Seagate, Nick has a proven track record in business development and has played an instrumental part in Exertis Enterprise’s continuing growth and success within diverse channel sales environments and markets.

Angelo has worked in IT since 1987, including 25 years at IBM and Lenovo, experience in distribution, and working with PC vendor Amstrad. He was a new business seller at IBM, led new divisions such as the HPC and Linux business, and was a channel leader in the UK, Paris, Zurich, and South Africa. Angelo joined Exertis in 2019 and is now our Enterprise Business Development Director, focusing upon modern infrastructure solutions. He has also been a Formula 1 marshal and a motorboat skipper! He now enjoys skiing, guitar, and loves historic rallying in his troublesome Triumph TR6.
