Business continuity statement regarding COVID-19

With the recent announcement of the Coronavirus pandemic, Exertis Hammer would like to reassure all of our customers that we have a business continuity plan in place to ensure that any potential disruption to our business operations and our customers is minimal.

We continue working together, connected, to make sure that all of our customers’ needs are met, regardless of these challenging times. Our Business Development Managers and Sales Specialists continue working from home, while our warehouse and production departments work as normal, and the necessary steps were taken to allow social distancing within these two areas of our business.

We take this situation extremely seriously, and whilst continuing operating as normal, we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and we make sure that protecting the welfare of our employees remains our priority.

At this stage, there is no impact on supply or service levels and will advise customers as and when any change to that might occur.
